Ingredients- 1/2 Pineapple
- 3 Ice cubes
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
- 1 Croissant
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Emmental Cheese
- Roast Beef
- Turkey
- Lettuce
- In a juicer blender the pineapple, ice cubes, spinach, banana and coconut milk.
- In a croissant add mustard, mayonnaise, emmental cheese, roast beef, turkey, lettuce.

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10 drops red food colour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- In a medium sized bowl, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder,granulated sugar, cocoa powder, white vinegar, milk, vegetable oil and red food colour.
- Add the chocolate chips in bowl, and cream cheese mixture.
- microwave 5 or 6 minutes

Maple Fish Recipe - Luminarc Altesse Blue 0
Duration: 60 minutes
Ingredients
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (ground)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsps. soy sauce
- 2 pieces salmon fish
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add maple syrup, black pepper, salt, garlic and soy sauce. Mix everything together.
- Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour the maple syrup marinade on top. Make sure to coat both side of the fish. Now cover the dish with a plastic wrap and place the fish in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the fish in the oven to bake until it’s fully cooked

Healthy homemade Herb Tea - Luminarc A la bonne heure Decorated Collection 0
Duration: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 small pieces cinnamon
- 1 piece cardamom
- 2 cloves
- ½ tbsp. ginger (chopped)
- ½ tsp. tea
Directions
- Pour water in a small pan and place on low flame. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger and tea. Let the water boil. Cover the lid when the water stars boiling.
- Let it brew for a few minutes.
- Strain the tea with a tea strainer.
- Enjoy a relaxing cup of herb tea.
