Chicken karahi - Simple ingredients and best taste.ππ 0

Ingredients
- Oil or ghee Β½ cup
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chicken small pieces
- Chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Tomatoes 5 to 6 chopped
- Green Chillies 5 to 6 sliced
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- All spices 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander chopped
Directions:
- Add oil or ghee, ginger and garlic and mix
- Add chicken mix and cook for 15 mins until it turn into white color
- Add chilli, salt and tomatoes and mix and cook for high flame for about 3 to 4 minutes
- Add green chillies, yogurt, dry fenugreek, cumin and all spices and mix well
- Let it cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes
- Add coriander and cook until all the water is dried and the chicken is tender
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Penne Pasta with White Sauceππ 0

Ingredients
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil or butter 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Sliced onion 1/3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper Β½ tbsp
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 diced carrots
- Corn 50 gm
- Penne pasta 200 gm
- Cheese 50 to 70 gm
- Black pepper
- Oregano 1 tbsp
Directions:
- Add butter, flour once flour change it color
- Add milk and cook once white sauce bit thik keep aside
- Add oil or butter, garlic, onion, salt, red pepper and cook for 5 mins
- Add bell pepper, carrots, corn and white sauce mix as well
- Add pre boiled penne pasta
- Add processed cheese, black pepper and oregano mix and cook for 5 mins
- Serve and enjoy!

- A peeled apple
- 2 Bananas
- A glass of milk
- Honey 1 tbsp
Directions:
- Cut and peaces apple, bananas and put on jar
- Add milk and honey and grain
- Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pita bread
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- 1 Romaine hearts
- 1 Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes hand full
- 2 or 3 scallions
- 3 or 4 radishes
- 1 bell pepper
- Parsley 1 cup
- Mint 1 cup
- Olive oil Β½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 Β½ lemons
- White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- Allspice ΒΌ tsb
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sumac 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Cut pita bread and put olive oil, salt and bake at 180 degree C for 5 min
- Cut and chopped romaine hearts and wash and drain and put on bowl
- Cut and chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallions, radishes, bell pepper, parsley and mint and put on bowl
- Other bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, allspice, garlic, sumac, salt and black pepper and mix as well
- Mix it well and pour the syrup and add pita bread
- Mix well and Serve and enjoy!
