Fattoush Salad Recipe for Salad lovers.

Ingredients
- 2 pita bread
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- 1 Romaine hearts
- 1 Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes hand full
- 2 or 3 scallions
- 3 or 4 radishes
- 1 bell pepper
- Parsley 1 cup
- Mint 1 cup
- Olive oil ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 ½ lemons
- White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- Allspice ¼ tsb
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sumac 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Cut pita bread and put olive oil, salt and bake at 180 degree C for 5 min
- Cut and chopped romaine hearts and wash and drain and put on bowl
- Cut and chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallions, radishes, bell pepper, parsley and mint and put on bowl
- Other bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, allspice, garlic, sumac, salt and black pepper and mix as well
- Mix it well and pour the syrup and add pita bread
- Mix well and Serve and enjoy!
