Stuffed eggplant πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Š

Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chopped onion ΒΎ cup
  • Ground beef Β½ lbs
  • Stew seasoning 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbs
  • Fresh parsley 1 bunch
  • Egg plant 3 or 4
  • 2 Tomatoes

Directions:

  • Add Oil, Garlic and Onion and cook for 5min
  • Add Ground beef and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Add Stew seasoning, salt, red chilli powder, tomato paste mix and cook for 15 to 20 mins
  • Add fresh parsley
  • Cut egg plant and tomatoes
  • Add oil and fry egg plants and fillup with the fillings
  • Add oil, tomatoes and filled egg plants and cook over medium heat for 10 mins
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
