Ingredients
- 12 oz. phyllo knafeh dough (shredded)
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp, rose water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, add shredded phyllo knafeh dough and 2 tbsps. unsalted butter. Mix well.
- In a pan, add water with sugar, rose water, and lemon juice. Boil until dissolved for about 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside.
- Add a cube on unsalted butter in a pan. Now spread half of the kadayif noodles on the bottom of the pan. Press with the spoon.
- Spread mozzarella cheese on top. Layer with rest of the kadayif. Press gently to make a flat round shape. Fry for about 5 minutes till the bottom turn golden in color. Place a flat platter on top and turn the pan upside down.
- Add another cube of unsalted butter in a pan. Fry the other side for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the lame and pour the sugar syrup on top.
- Garnish with pistachios.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsps. ghee
- ½ cup dry dates (soaked for 1 hour)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 8 to 10 almonds (soaked, peeled)
- 8 to 10 pistachios (soaked)
- ½ cup vermicelli (crushed)
- 1 liter milk
- ½ tsp. cardamom seeds
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ¼ cup dried coconut (chopped)
- 1 tsp. kewra water
Directions
- Add a tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Let it melt and add dry dates, almonds and pistachios to fry. Set aside.
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and fry crushed vermicelli in it until they turn soft.
- Pour 1 liter milk in a pan. Allow it to boil on medium flame. Now add cardamom seeds, sugar, and dried coconut with occasional stirring. Add in fried nuts and fried vermicelli. Mix well.
- Add kewra water in the mixture. Stir the mixture constantly while it cooks for a few minutes.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios on top.

Super Easy Nutella Brownie Mug Cake 0

Ingredients
- ½ cup chocolate paste
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsps. all-purpose flour
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, gently whisk chocolate paste with egg.
- Add all-purpose flour. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a mug. Place the mug in the microwave for 60 seconds. Once done, let it cool.
- Add vanilla ice-cream scoops while the brownie is still warm.

Strawberry Ice-cream 0
Duration: 1 day
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 400 ml. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large spoon strawberry puree
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, prepare ice-cream base by whisking heavy whipping cream until thick. Add in sweetened condensed milk. Whisk it well and freeze overnight.
- Take out small scoops from the base and add to a small bowl.
- Add strawberry puree. Mix well.
- Serve with rainbow sprinkles.
