Ingredients
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 3 Ice cubes
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
- 1 Croissant
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Emmental Cheese
- Roast Beef
- Turkey
- Lettuce
- In a juicer blender the pineapple, ice cubes, spinach, banana and coconut milk.
- In a croissant add mustard, mayonnaise, emmental cheese, roast beef, turkey, lettuce.
