Ingredients
- Oil or ghee ½ cup
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chicken small pieces
- Chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Tomatoes 5 to 6 chopped
- Green Chillies 5 to 6 sliced
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- All spices 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander chopped
Directions:
- Add oil or ghee, ginger and garlic and mix
- Add chicken mix and cook for 15 mins until it turn into white color
- Add chilli, salt and tomatoes and mix and cook for high flame for about 3 to 4 minutes
- Add green chillies, yogurt, dry fenugreek, cumin and all spices and mix well
- Let it cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes
- Add coriander and cook until all the water is dried and the chicken is tender
- Serve hot and enjoy!
