Stuffed eggplant ππ

Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped onion ΒΎ cup
- Ground beef Β½ lbs
- Stew seasoning 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley 1 bunch
- Egg plant 3 or 4
- 2 Tomatoes
Directions:
- Add Oil, Garlic and Onion and cook for 5min
- Add Ground beef and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add Stew seasoning, salt, red chilli powder, tomato paste mix and cook for 15 to 20 mins
- Add fresh parsley
- Cut egg plant and tomatoes
- Add oil and fry egg plants and fillup with the fillings
- Add oil, tomatoes and filled egg plants and cook over medium heat for 10 mins
- Serve hot and enjoy!
