Chicken Noodles

Chicken Noodles

Duration: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps. oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 150 grams chicken (cubed)
  • 1-2 green chili (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ½ cup bell pepper
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • ½ tsp. red chili powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsps. soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsps. tomato sauce
  • 150 grams boiled noodles
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. cilantro

Directions

  1. In a pan, add oil, ginger, garlic and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add in chicken and cook until fully cooked and changes color.
  3. Now add green chili, onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage and red chili powder. Mix everything well with the chicken. Add salt to taste and mix again. Let it cook for a minute.
  4. Add in soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add pre boiled noodles to the pan. Season with black pepper and mix. Add in cilantro on top and mix again. Cook for a minute.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
